Senator Lucy Gichuhi

I am delighted to welcome Senator Lucy Gichuhi to the Liberal Party. She is a great Australian.

In her maiden speech, Senator Gichuhi said how important it is to provide laws that “motivate and inspire people to be all they can be.”

Senator Gichuhi is a wonderful example of what can be achieved with hard work, commitment and dedication.

Senator Gichuhi has worked and studied tirelessly, often through difficult circumstances, to become the best she can be and to provide for her family.

We are fortunate that she has now brought that drive and commitment to serving the people of South Australia. And now having joined the Liberal Party, she will make the party room and South Australian Liberal Party team even stronger than before.
