Glenunga International High School launches state of the art Learning Hub

Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science, the Hon Christopher Pyne MP, today welcomed the official launch of the new, state of the art, learning hub at Glenunga International High School in his electorate of Sturt.

“Glenunga International High school is one of the most successful public high schools in South Australia and the new learning hub will enable it to go from strength to strength,” Mr Pyne said.

“Ensuring cutting edge facilities and resources for students is important for the school in maintaining its highly regarded reputation as a school of choice for international students and those wishing to do an International Baccalaureate Program.

“These new cutting edge facilities will help Glenunga International High School to flourish and create a leading and innovative space for all of its students now and in the future,” he said.

The new learning hub will be home to a ‘new age’ school library, teaching areas and a collaborative work centre for the schools year 12 students.

Students from around the world come to Glenunga High School to receive a first class education. The new facilities will also include an ‘International Centre’ which will cater for these students and further enhance the schools global reputation.
