Another week of delivery by the Turnbull Government

The Turnbull Government is setting a cracking pace implementing its Election platform with the introduction of ten packages of legislation into the House of Representatives and the passage of seven bills through the Parliament.

Leader of the House the Hon Christopher Pyne MP said that this showed the Government is getting on with the job of governing and implementing election promises.

“The Turnbull Government is setting a cracking pace in delivering on our economic plan outlined during this years election,” Mr Pyne said.

“This week the Government introduced into the House key changes to the working holiday visa program which will make it fairer for both working holiday makers and the Australian taxpayer.

“The Government’s changes to Income Tax rates will provide much needed relief to working families and delivers on an important election promise,” he said.
